The Longevity Framework (Remote) is our most comprehensive long-term health offering, designed for people who want clarity, structure, and measurable progress — even if they’re not training weekly in clinic.
This program combines advanced health testing, strength and movement assessment, and personalised programming across the year, so every decision is based on your data, not generic advice.
If you’re based outside our local area but still want access to the same level of care and strategy we deliver in-clinic, this framework was built for you.
What’s Included
Testing & Health Mapping
Across the year, you’ll complete a comprehensive suite of testing, including:

DNA testing

Gut microbiome testing (twice per year)

Blood pathology (twice per year)

EndoMAP hormone testing (twice per year)

IgA & IgG food sensitivity testing
This allows us to build a clear picture of what’s happening internally — digestion, inflammation, hormones, nutrient status, and stress responses — so your plan is personalised, targeted, and evidence-based.
Strength & Movement Testing
We’ll run strength and movement testing three times per year, in person, to track progress and guide program updates.
These sessions ensure your training and movement strategy continues to evolve alongside your health data.
Training & In-Person Sessions
As this is a remote-delivered program, the structure is designed to fit around distance:

Upfront: $3,000
This covers your initial round of testing, data analysis, and program setup.
Ongoing: $550 per month
Your monthly investment includes:
